May 9, 2011 – 11:16 pmKara and I just returned from a fabulous week-long Carnival cruise to the Western Caribbean. We flew from Greensboro to Miami and the ship sailed to four beautiful ports: Grand Cayman, Roatan, Belize, Cozumel. The best part of any cruise for me is the food, and this was no exception.
