Jeremy: who uses windows 98 still?

Mark R: PLENTY of people still use win 95
Mark R: but most don’t have internet access
Jeremy: …name one
Mark R: virtually every school district in america

So you’re saying virtually every school district in America has no internet access and uses Windows 95? Brilliant.
